[Descripción resumida]   Globally harmonized 8D method (G8D) was evolved by Ford in 1995 on the basis of the past 8D to avoid the differences between different regions and countries and promote the effective solution of problems. As we usually know, 8D is only a part of G8D, and there has not been any public training on this content in China before. From August 28 to 30, tianyiyuan training center held the first domestic G8D public class, which was registered by China Quality Association Mr. Cao Shugen, the black belt of GMA, is the keynote speaker. Mr. Cao explained the connotation and extension of these two concepts with a large number of specific examples to let the students understand that the connotation of factors is larger than the reason, the extension is smaller than the reason, the reason includes factors, and various factors should be found out from the reasons. Maybe it's because of the tense class hours. Mr. Cao only focuses on pouring dry goods and ignores the simple and easy, relaxed humor and students' acceptance ability. Maybe some people (including me) don't understand it for a moment. G8D is a problem-solving method of induction and deduction. The minimum requirement is to adhere to common sense and at least logical thinking. But the Chinese people all step into the society and go to work after anti common sense and anti logic education. For example, what we have accepted since childhood is the anti common sense and anti logical thinking such as "there is no water in the river and the river is dry".
